About me

I love making games and exploring how they work. I am also eternally curious and enjoy learning about everything from various fields of science, logistics to watchmaking.

When I'm not doing that, I like to listen to music, read books, and look at memes, often doing all of them simultaneously.

As an avid gamer and aspiring game designer, I immerse myself in the mechanics and narratives of games, analyzing elements from character development to gameplay mechanics.

I also enjoy music for its ability to foster creativity and relaxation.

My fascination with science spans across various fields, including astronomy, mathematics, chemistry, and physics. This broad scientific curiosity enhances my problem-solving skills, providing diverse perspectives that I can apply in game design.

Some of my favorite games include Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Dota 2, World of Warcraft, Path of Exile, God of War (2018), Hades 1 & 2, Elden Ring, Hollow Knight, Sekiro, Rocket League, Portal 2, Shadow Warrior... and many many more.

My Skills

My academic learning is complemented by practical experience, including developing game prototypes and familiarizing myself with Agile methodologies and other project management tools and skills.

I design and develop interactive systems and gameplay experiences with a strong focus on systems design, emergent gameplay, and simulation-driven mechanics. My technical strengths include AI behavior scripting, procedural generation, and tool creation, while my artistic background allows me to bring ideas to life through Blender, Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. I enjoy working in Agile environments, collaborating through tools like Git, Miro, and Trello, and bridging communication between design, art, and programming teams to create cohesive, engaging player experiences.

Experience

As a Digital Creative Intern at G2 Esports, I designed and built custom Fortnite experiences using Unreal Engine and Verse scripting, focusing on gameplay systems and player engagement. During my time as a Student Assistant at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, I supported IT systems and optimized digital workflows, improving cross-department efficiency.

Alongside these roles, I’ve developed numerous experimental games and prototypes taking responsibility for everything from concept and design to programming and art. Beyond development, I stay active in the game design community through volunteer work with Devolution (A MAZE. Berlin) and the Devcom Developers Conference, where I’ve contributed to event coordination, web design, and stage management.
